Privacy and your outcall enquiry
How the local enquiry and document-review tools handle information, and what happens when you choose WhatsApp or another external service.
Information entered in the tools
The enquiry planner and written-terms review tool run in your browser. This website does not provide a customer account, booking database or file-upload form. Preparing a message or review text does not submit its contents to this site. Leaving or refreshing the page may clear what you entered.
Use only information needed for the immediate question. Avoid medical records, identity documents, payment-card details, permanent entry codes and other sensitive information. A broad area and setting are usually sufficient for an initial availability discussion; confirm the provider before sharing more specific access information.
WhatsApp and independent review
Choosing the WhatsApp button opens the messaging service with a prepared draft. You decide whether to send it. WhatsApp and the recipient handle any message you send under their own practices. This website cannot control their retention of that conversation.
The review tool produces text that you can copy or download. It does not call an AI model or transmit the document to an AI provider. If you later paste that text into another service, review its privacy terms and remove details that are not needed for understanding the booking language.
Hosting and external references
Hosting systems may keep ordinary request records for operation and security. This build adds no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Links to Maps, professional registers and reference sources lead to services with their own privacy policies.
Questions about information sent in an enquiry should be directed to the contact that received it, including requests for correction or deletion. No payment is collected through this website, and preparing or sending a message does not by itself establish a confirmed appointment.
